Solution Recruiter was founded in 2014 by two executives who had spent years on the client side of executive search — and were repeatedly frustrated by the same failures: recruiters who didn't understand the business, shortlists built from databases, and a process that optimized for speed over fit.

We set out to build the firm we'd always wanted to work with. One that treats recruiting as the strategic function it is — not a transactional service. One that invests in understanding your organization before presenting a single candidate.
